About Bennett Support Services- Adventure Squad
Our Story
Our small collective began in 2017 with "Squad Leader", Matty Bennett. Matty was working as a Personal Trainer, and offered some free sessions to an amazing young man, to teach him how to use the gym equipment and perform exercises safely. After a couple of sessions, this amazing young mans, equally amazing mum, contacted Matty to ask if he could do regular sessions, fast forward a couple of months and they asked Matty if he would be interested in providing support as well. After a few months Matty had found his calling! And he enrolled in Tafe to obtain qualifications and to improve his understanding of the role of a support worker, and found community that welcomed him. The Adventure Squad Program was created with and named by the original "members" that Matty was and still is, providing support to-

- and for 8 years now, we have grown organically through word of mouth and recommendations. We are a small local company, and have no desire to grow any bigger than what is needed of us- we operate and evolve so we are able to provide support in a manner that allows our awesome participants to live their best life, their way.
We may be small but we are mighty!
We are currently in the process of becoming a NDIS Registered Provider- bear with us!

I founded our company and have 8 years experience in the industry. For us, our Participants are our company, so we are focused on providing the highest level of support possible. Our motto is "Live your best life" and we strive to support all of our amazing participants to do so. I have been working, learning, and building a strong foundation in support for the past 8 years. I spend my downtime writing and playing my guitar, I love surfing and hiking and pretty much anything outdoors, and hanging out with my puppy Moo, the official Adventure Squad mascot (that's an inside joke, our participants will get it! lol).
